宜蘭：內城中小學楊姓教師去年因不滿彩排畢業典禮導致壓力過大，冒用同校施姓教師電子信箱與名義，向縣長信箱陳情，施姓教師直到教育處進行調查時，才知身分遭冒用，報警處理。檢方昨偵結，將楊姓教師依偽造文書罪嫌，提起公訴。
