    　現年52歲的中國電力投資公司副總經理、中國電力國際公司董事長李小琳，是前國務院總理李鵬的女兒。李小琳同時也是大陸全國政協委員，曾因呼籲給全民建立道德檔案而引發廣泛關注。
    　報導稱，大陸廣義的央企和金融機構包括3類：1是由國資委管理的企業。2是由銀監會、保監會、證監會管理的企業。3是由國務院其他部門或群眾團體管理的企業，例如煙草、鐵路客貨運、港口、機場、廣播、電視等行業。
    　國資委研究中心競爭力研究部部長許保利表示，國資委網站列出的115家央企中，前54家企業的「一把手」，也就是董事長、黨委書記、總經理等高管，大部分是「副部級」，一般由中共中央組織部任免，國資委協助考察，還有少數為正部級。
    　國有金融機構的董事長、行長、監事長也常被視為副部級官員，或享有副部級待遇，由中共中央組織部選拔和任用。
    　報導稱，除了54家「國有重點骨幹企業」一把手正職，副職及其他61家企業的人事權集中在國資委，這些企業也容易成為由紅二代掌權的機構。，

遠東科大4名田徑隊學生7月1日清晨5點從學校出發，挑戰跑步環島，豈料第2天就有1名隊員發生車禍無奈退出，剩餘3人咬緊牙根撐下去，終於在27日下午4點10分返抵校門，接受同學熱情歡呼（上圖，王紹宇），全程1000公里，花了27天完成壯舉。

遠東科大4名田徑隊學生7月1日清晨5點從學校出發，挑戰跑步環島，豈料第2天就有1名隊員發生車禍無奈退出，剩餘3人咬緊牙根撐下去，終於在27日下午4點10分返抵校門，接受同學熱情歡呼，全程1000公里，花了27天完成壯舉。身為隊長的休閒管理系三年級高伯翰，也是5000公尺業餘田徑好手。去年暑假挑戰人生第一次環島，只用了25天。今年帶領學弟們一起跑，雖中途歷經蓮花颱風，仍克服困難堅持跑下去。

大二生黃育振回憶說，隊員謝峻宇雖是馬拉松愛好者，但在第2天行經岡山時，跑在最前頭的他，因閃避不及被機車擦撞，頭部撕裂傷縫7針，只好退出。「台灣處處有熱情」，沿途遇到超多貴人，隊員黃尚豐說，經過嘉義火車站時，剛好遇到皇爵大飯店老闆娘開車經過問說，「你們在環島嗎？晚上有沒有地方睡覺、吃飯休息？」全隊接受老闆娘熱情招待，感受人情溫暖。「有夢最美‧圓滿成功」，隊員抵達校門，與同學互相擁抱，異口同聲說，除了感動還是感動。(中國時報)，

    　桃院昨上午針對洪仲丘案的禁閉移送程序及公文資料缺漏，是否涉及瀆職情形，傳喚被告郭毓龍、前542旅旅長沈威志、副連長劉延俊、士官長陳以人、在押被告副旅長何江忠、連長徐信正、上士范佐憲等人出庭應訊，並進行交叉詰問。
    　近3小時的交叉詰問中，郭毓龍對6月28日洪仲丘送禁閉室及前一天的部分細節，均以發生時間久遠，表示沒印象或不清楚。不過針對「有要求石永源3日內補足程序，卻未落實」、「操課表未簽呈」等違反內部管理要點部分，坦承疏失。
    　郭毓龍一再強調，洪仲丘關禁閉係542旅單位主管核准，有無符合資安規定，就他認知只是形式審查，無實質審查，無法更改單位主官懲處方式，意圖撇清職權。合議庭反問郭：「若部隊誤送軍官關禁閉，你也只是形式審查嗎？」詰問過程火藥味十足。，
