宜蘭：宜蘭縣焚化爐每年從12鄉鎮市接收處理逾10萬公噸垃圾，其中事業廢棄物占了近半數，依規定各公所可按重向事業廢棄物業主徵收處理費，但是，目前徵收率僅達11%，環保局計畫提升到25%，另外焚化處理的垃圾中，參雜大量廚餘嚴重影響焚化爐溫度，恐造成戴奧辛汙染。

「馬習會」曾呼之欲出一段時日，可惜最後功敗垂成，未能如願，可見兩岸國共兩黨領袖之會，有其困難度。近日國民黨主席改選之際，傳出「朱習會」之說，未免尚不成熟，唯一的候選人朱立倫答得好「等我1月17日選上黨主席後再講」。恐怕朱主席選上後，「朱習會」也沒有那麼快，見面時機等細節有待琢磨，還得醞釀一段時間。倒是九合一地方選舉，執政的國民黨遭到空前挫敗，形勢丕變，百政待舉，明年度總預算還躺在立院，國家大政亟需朝野協商，國民兩大黨領袖「英倫會」當然比「朱習會」更迫切、務實。

    針對馬總統被報導為無能的笨蛋。民進黨團書記長蔡其昌就說，外國媒體竟然知道國家機密，真是國人不幸。
    『我們的國家的機密竟然讓經濟學人知道了，這對台灣來講非常不幸，對台灣最大的悲哀就是從國內外一致都認同馬英九總統的無能，甚至形容馬英九總統是笨蛋，我相信這是台灣的悲哀。』
    國民黨團書記長吳育昇也說，國人看到相關報導不僅會有遺憾，馬總統自己也會很難過，他更說這樣的報導是羞辱國家。
