928房市黃金檔期推案銳減千億元!根據《好房網》調研中心統計,總推案量約1359億元,較去年歷史新高量2526億元,減少1167億元,等於少46%。實際情況恐更糟,調查原本納入的200億元大案、信義區豪宅案「琢白」案,業主說明年總統大選後才開賣,因此928檔期實際上推案金額更低。《好房網》指出,928檔案量10億元以上指標性的建案合計有29個,其中台北市指標建案有6個、新北市指標建案有14個、桃園地區指標建案有6個、新竹地區指標建案有3個。

928房市黃金檔期推案銳減千億元!根據《好房網》調研中心統計,總推案量約1359億元,較去年歷史新高量2526億元,減少1167億元,等於少46%。實際情況恐更糟,調查原本納入的200億元大案、信義區豪宅案「琢白」案,業主說明年總統大選後才開賣,因此928檔期實際上推案金額更低。《好房網》指出,928檔案量10億元以上指標性的建案合計有29個,其中台北市指標建案有6個、新北市指標建案有14個、桃園地區指標建案有6個、新竹地區指標建案有3個。

北北桃共有6豪宅案登場,案量最大的是台北市信義區「琢白」案,總銷200億元、新北市林口區「森聯摩天41」,總銷180億元。不過,桓邦建設董事長李幹樂昨表示,大陸建設和桓邦建設、厚生公司等共同合作開發的信義計畫區「琢白」豪宅大案,接待中心已完成,興建工程已蓋到地上28樓、地下2層;預計2016年大選後再伺機開賣,因為選舉過後兩岸關係才比較明朗化,房價也比較好訂,目前僅確定單價會低於300萬元,不會突破政府防線。《好房網》雜誌社長倪子仁表示,今年928檔的推案量,較去年同期少近5成並非壞事。他認為,建商應該先將手頭上的餘屋去化掉,再推預售案,現階段推案,如果房價沒有讓利讓購屋者有感,成交市況不會樂觀,未來房市將呈個案表現。海悅廣告總經理王俊傑表示,自家928檔沒有新案,以消化餘屋為主。潤泰創新昨舉辦法說會,總經理李志宏也說,今年受困於房市景氣不佳,沒有推出新案,下半年可認列建案有「萬花園」、「松濤苑」部分售出戶。(中國時報),
