汪德昌請來的桿弟好熟悉，原來是旅美冠巡賽名將盧建順的桿弟謝志明。謝志明前3年隨盧建順在美國南征北討，因盧本季只有半卡參賽權，今年起就沒隨他赴美，汪德昌看上他揹球桿經驗豐富，除了這場比賽首度與他合作，8月起還要帶他征戰日本長春巡迴賽。

調查：台灣景氣6個月後好轉

    　至於西歐地區，受訪專家對當前經濟評價仍偏保守，但對6個月後的經濟預期，較去年第4季明顯好轉，使今年第1季經濟氣候指數由去年第4季的83.4上升至94.3。
    　台灣部分，受訪專家認為，國內經濟、民間消費、資本支出仍然表現「欠佳」，但幾乎一致認為6個月後會「轉好」。
    　專家預期，6個月後，台灣出口、股價指數、長短期利率可能回升，消費者物價指數（CPI）年增率、新台幣兌美元匯率大致持平。
    　經建會官員分析，今年第 1季全球經濟氣候指數大幅改善，顯示世界景氣逐漸露出曙光，經濟止穩跡象漸趨明朗，預期今年全球經濟可望逐季成長。
    　不過，官員也推測，美國自動減支、舉債上限等財政問題尚待協商，加上歐元區經濟持續疲弱，全球貨幣大戰升溫等因素，仍將影響全球經濟表現。
    　整體而言，今年台灣經濟前景仍具高度挑戰，但可望漸入佳境，值得審慎期待。1020213

華光社區今再拆 法務部：這兩戶非弱勢

    　法務部表示，法院於強制執行前，已先調查過住戶居住狀況，這兩戶違占建戶並不是台北市社會局列入關懷對象之經濟弱勢者，且這兩戶違占建戶之屋主尚有一戶以上之其他房地產可供遷居。
    　法務部指出，對於這種違占建戶有其他房子可供遷居，卻拒不搬遷，仍要求政府給予安置並進行無理抗爭，法務部表示遺憾。法務部希望關心華光案的各界人士，能依據正確訊息判斷曲直，避免遭受矇蔽及誤導。
    　法務部指出，在強制執行過程中，仍將針對有安置需要之弱勢違占建戶，持續與社會局等社福機關保持聯繫及合作，儘可能提供安置資源之媒介與協助，並與法院密切配合，以避免發生弱勢違占建戶流離失所之情況。
    　法務部呼籲少數違占建戶，對依法無據之安置措施勿再存有期待，不符安置措施的居民，勿繼續耗費社會資源，儘速依法履行拆遷等法律義務。，

經濟復甦 歐銀矢言低利遭考驗

監委：重大傷病18年增為4倍

    　調查報告指出，重大傷病所使用的醫療費用，也從86年的新台幣415.95億元，增加至101年的1558.43億元，占健保支出的27.56%，已為健保財務帶來沉重的壓力，甚至可能動搖健保永續經營的基礎。
    　黃煌雄調查報告也說，全民健保總體檢出現國人「看病多」、「拿藥多」、「檢查多」的3多情況，衛生福利部應該研議對策及相關配套處理。1020904
